My path towards lean muscle mass

I would consider myself an average gym person with no plans to get a physique of professional bodybuilders. This, however, does not mean that I just want to remain healthy and maintain my weight. I want to build some muscles but they should be in shape and accentuate my lean body position and help me in boosting my body physique. I was unable to find a solution for this type of workout as most tutorials and informational guides focused on building huge muscle mass; I was, of course, not looking for it. I wanted a video tutorial that could guide me to achieve the body figure that I was looking for. As I continued searching for the ideal product, I came across P90X. I started working out by following the guides and tips given on the DVD and saw a marked improvement. It was rather tough to carry out all the workout regimens in the start but I complied with the guidelines and soon overcame initial difficulties. To cut a long story short, I am on the way of achieving my dream of a great lean muscular body.
